According to a November survey by Riley Research Associates, 87 percent of Idahoans are in favor of a law prohibiting texting while driving. Also, 85 percent were in favor of a law prohibiting drivers 17 and under from any cell phone use while they fulfill the requisites to obtain a drivers license.
