Alan Sheehan, a student from Project CDA, helps package saplings Monday at the Idaho Department of Lands in Coeur d'Alene. Volunteers placed 3,200 trees in bags that will be given to schools and local organization for planting in the area. Since 1989, nearly 52,000 trees have been given away in the annual effort for Arbor Day.
