Stacy Bishop takes a selection of flowers for a bouquet Tuesday from the 500 zinnia plants she grew from seeds along the white picket fence surrounding her home in Post Falls. Bishop began planting hundreds of plants and seeds during the spring to transform her landscape with an array of blooming colors that can be seen from the eastbound offramp of the Spokane Street exit from Interstate 90.
