John Minden holds onto the front section of a carousel horse Monday as Richard LeFrancis climbs into his truck to prepare a padded area for the historic piece. The carousel that was once located at Playland Pier on the Coeur d'Alene beach, was recently returned to the Lake City from a collector in Oregon.
