JEROME A. POLLOS/Press..A flock of pelicans perch on logs in Cougar Bay on Tuesday. The birds typically migrate through Idaho during the spring and fall, but the birds are a bit behind schedule according to the Idaho Fish & Game Department. About 60 pelicans have been spotted in the flock.
